现场总线和工业以太网在车间层网络应用的特点分析表明,工业以太网在车间底层网络的应用是必然趋势。现有工业以太网通信协议在物联制造车间应用过程中,存在通信过程数据量过大而导致信息实时性难以满足要求的问题。针对物联制造的特点,开发了基于TCP/IP 的面向物联制造车间的通信协议,用以实现物联制造车间各信息层之间的实时通信。案例分析表明,此协议简化了传统通信协议的复杂性,可明显减少通信过程中的数据量,提高车间通信的效率,满足物联制造的实时通信要求。
This paper analyzes the characteristics of fieldbus and industrial Ethernet in the shop floor network
and draws the conclusion that the application of industrial Ethernet in the shop floor network is inevitable. Based on the analysis of the existing industrial Ethernet communication protocols
the amount of data is too large in the communication process. This problem causes that the real-time of information is difficult to be met. The protocol which is based on TCP/IP is developed for characteristics of the IoT-based manufacturing and used to achieve real-time communication among information layers in IoT-based manufacturing workshops. The case analysis indicates that this protocol simplifies complexity of traditional communication protocols
reduces the amount of data obviously in the communication process
improves efficiency of the communication and satisfies the real-time communication requirements in IoT-based manufacturing.
