超声复合电解加工的参数条件变化较大时,其系统共振条件难以维持,影响加工效率与精度。设计、构建在线参数检测与实时控制系统,选用激光、电流等高速高精传感器,进行超声频率及位移、超声发生器与脉冲电源的输出电压、电极间电参数进行在线检测,利用PCI-1706U 数据采集卡、控制计算机等构建参数实时采集、控制系统,由单片机STM32 控制数字电位器,实现超声参数在线检测、实时调节;电极间电压可由系统实时优化调节。采用VisualC++ 6.0,通过多串口类进行系统软件设计,对各信号数据进行采集、处理、显示等。进行系统自动调节与手动调节对比试验,采用参数实时控制系统进行超声复合电解加工,在保持精度条件下,能有效提高加工过程稳定性和加工效率。
