自动铺丝成型工艺因其高质量、高效率、高成型适应性、低废料率等工艺特点,特别适用于大型复杂复合材料构件的自动化成型,如机身、进气道、承力锥、翼身融合体等。从床身形式、纱箱系统、铺丝头结构等角度展开,总结了自动铺丝成型设备的发展现状,分析了现阶段国内相关的研究成果与应用现状,最后对自动铺丝成型设备未来的发展趋势进行了展望。
