摘要

复合材料具有优越的材料性能，但也随之带来材料固化变形的弊端。针对复合材料构件固化成型后的变形问题，以复合材料实物构件为研究对象，通过测量手段获得变形数据，进行补偿修正。并对测量系统的建立、测量基准以及固持模式的选择、补偿模型快速重构等多个测量瓶颈问题进行展开论述。

Abstract

The composite material has superior material properties

but it leads to the malpractice of cured deformation. Aiming at the deformation of composite components after cured forming

this paper takes the composite components as the research object

and obtains the deformation data by means of measurement to compensate and correct it. Several measurement bottlenecks such as the establishment of measurement system

the selection of measurement datum and clamping mode

the fast reconstruction of compensation model are discussed.
