为满足水陆两栖飞机飞行安全、机体结构总寿命和返修间隔时间等技术要求,针对水陆两栖飞机较严酷的使用环境以及飞机典型结构部位防护体系失效的特点,参照国内外同类防护技术方法,根据腐蚀防护与控制预研成果、水轰 –5 飞机综合治理与国内外民机工程应用经验,综合考虑具体工程应用实际,通过材料选用、表面防护、防腐蚀密封、通风排水、缓蚀剂选用等技术的应用研究,按全寿命周期的腐蚀防护思想开展水陆两栖飞机腐蚀防护与控制技术应用研究。截至目前,基体结构的表面防护和密封情况正常且有效。防护体系优选及验证系列试验和水密、油密试验的结果表明,该防护技术的应用实现了预期的 6 年首翻的防腐蚀研制目标。

we carry out the application research on corrosion protection and control technology of amphibious aircraft according to the corrosion protection thought of the whole life cycle. Up to now
the surface protection and sealing of the base structure are normal and effective. The results of the selection and verification of the protection system and the water-tight and oil-tight tests show that the application of this protection technology has achieved the anti-corrosion development goal of the first renovation of 6 years.
