为了提高空客 A220 飞机舱门生产线装配效率,降低人力工时成本,首先采用精益思想,利用时间测量法测量了舱门生产现场的装配工时数据,确定产能提高所需的工装数量;其次利用意大利面条图统计了现场操作者在装配操作过程中的物流动向,分析可能存在的浪费现象。基于浪费现象和舱门装配工艺流程特点,选择产品聚簇式的原则布置舱门生产线,同时按照工业工程方法确定整体站位串行、局部瓶颈站位并行的布局形式,建立了舱门精益生产线。最后通过 3ds Max 软件对整体布局进行三维渲染。
Abstract
In order to improve the assembly efficiency of Airbus A220 aircraft door production line and reduce the labor and man-hours
firstly
the assembly time data of door production line was measured by time measurement method based on lean thinking in this paper
and the number of tooling needed to improve the production capacity is determined; Secondly
the Spaghetti diagram was used to analyze the logistics trend of operators in the assembly process
and the possible waste phenomenon is analyzed. Based on the waste phenomenon and the characteristics of door assembly process flow
the door production line is arranged according to the principle of product clustering. At the same time
the layout form of the whole station serial and the local bottleneck station parallel are determined referring to the IE (industrial engineering) method
then the door lean production line is established. Finally
3D rendering was conducted for the overall layout by 3ds Max software.
