碳化硅陶瓷基复合材料(SiC/SiC)具有优异的高温力学性能和热稳定性
在航空发动机高温热端部件上展现出了巨大的应用潜力。但碳化硅陶瓷基复合材料在水汽环境下容易腐蚀,必须应用环境障涂层(Environmental barrier coatings,EBCs)对其进行保护,在环境障涂层和碳化硅陶瓷基复合材料间还必须使用过渡层,主要用于增强 EBCs 与基底之间的附着力,减少基底与环境障涂层之间热膨胀失配。对 EBCs 的 Si 黏结层、复合黏结层研究进展进行了详细评述,最后对 EBCs 黏结层的发展方向进行了展望。
SiC ceramic matrix composite (SiC/SiC) has excellent high-temperature mechanical properties and thermal stability
and has shown great application potential in hot-end parts of aeroengine. However
SiC ceramic matrix composite would encounter the corrosion in the water vapor environment
therefore
environmental barrier coatings (EBCs) is essential. The bond coat which can enhance the adhesion between the EBCs and the substrate
and reduce the thermal expansion mismatch between the substrate and the coating
plays an important role. This paper reviews the EBCs bond coat
including the Si bond coat and the composite bond coat
and finally prospects the development direction of the EBCs bond coat.
