选取焦距分别为 25mm、35mm、45mm 和 50mm 的线聚焦探头,用 φ 1.5mm 钢棒作为反射体,通过改变探头与钢棒的位置关系,对线聚焦探头水中声场的声反射特性进行测量,得出不同焦距线聚焦探头的可检测棒材直径范围;选取焦距为 45mm 的线聚焦探头,对 φ 47GH4169 高温合金棒材样件在不同水距下进行试验,得出用于确定棒材检测灵敏度的平底孔位置;选取 φ 18TC4 棒材样件和焦距分别为 25mm、35mm、45mm 和 50mm 的线聚焦探头,进行表征声波往复透射率和声束指向性的试验,得出用于确定棒材检测灵敏度平底孔的最高反射波幅对应水距的选择方法;选取焦距分别为 25mm、35mm、45mm 和 50mm 的线聚焦探头,对不同直径的 TC4 钛合金棒材样件进行检测试验,验证不同焦距线聚焦探头的可检测棒材直径范围,解决了线聚焦探头的声反射特性测量、表征及在棒材检测中的应用问题。
