针对磨粒流抛光异形波导管内球面欠抛的问题,通过设置仿形芯模引导磨料流经内球面,完成内球面的抛光。利用 Fluent 对不同仿形芯模与波导管内腔形成的流道模型进行流体仿真,对比分析等效壁面的流速、压力以及壁面剪切应力。仿真结果表明,芯模球径越大,越有利于改善内球面的加工质量。采用球径9mm的仿形芯模进行磨粒流抛光试验,波导管内球面表面粗糙度 S

In order to solve the problem of incomplete polishing of the irregular waveguide inner sphere by abrasive flow polishing
the copying mold cores were set to guide the abrasive flow through the inner sphere and polish it. Fluid simulations for channel models formed by different copying mold cores and waveguide inner cavities have been carried out by Fluent
through which the flow velocity
the pressure and the wall shear stress of the equivalent wall have been contrasted and analyzed. The simulation results revealed that the machining quality of inner sphere is better with the increase of the ball diameter of the mold core. The abrasive flow polishing test has been carried out with a 9mm ball diameter copying mold core
