确定性装配采用零件间特征自定位的方式,减少专用型架和夹具的使用,避免加垫、修配和配钻工作,逐渐被应用于飞机装配中。随着飞机复合材料整体构件的广泛应用,全尺寸确定性装配技术得到进一步发展和试验应用。本文综述了飞机确定性装配技术的国外应用发展和国内研究应用现状;总结了飞机确定性装配所需的关键技术,包括基于模型定义(Model-based definition,MBD)的智能加工技术、基于数字孪生的装配工艺优化、偏差估计与统计分析及智能化柔性工装技术;最后,针对型号飞机复合材料壁板装配,提出了全尺寸确定性装配的技术方案。
Determinate/determinant assembly (DA) adopts the part-to-part connection scheme
reducing the use of the jigs and fixtures
avoiding the work of shimming
fettling and final-hole-size drilling
which is gradually employed by the aircraft assembly. With the extensive application of composite materials in aircraft monolithic component
full-size determinate assembly (FSDA) is being studied and experimentally applied. Firstly
the state-of-the-art and the development of aircraft determinate assembly technology at home and abroad are reviewed. Then
the key technologies for aircraft determinate assembly are summarized
including model-based definition
assembly process optimization based on digital twin technology
tolerance prediction and statistical analysis
flexible tooling technology. Finally
a technical scheme of full-size determinate assembly was proposed for the composite panel assembly.
