装配型架是飞机机翼、机身等部件装配普遍采用的装配工艺装备,具有远高于其他所装配飞机部件的装配精度要求。本文以某型号飞机部件装配型架为研究对象,面向装配工艺装备精确安装需要,应用数字孪生技术的相关技术理念,构建基于数字孪生的装配过程模型,综合考虑与型架装配过程关联的人员、工具、标准、检验要求等相关构成元素,规划型架装配过程并进行仿真验证,以可视化装配工艺指令指导实际装配过程,并通过建立数字空间与物理空间的关联实现信息交互与反馈。
The assembly tools are the assembly process equipment for aircraft wings
fuselage
and other components. It has much higher assembly accuracy requirements than the aircraft components assembled on it. In this paper
the assembly tools of an aircraft component are the research object. According to the technical concepts of digital twin
a digital twin-based assembly process model is constructed to install assembly equipment accurately. And considering related elements such as personnel
tools
standards
and inspection requirements associated with the tools assembly process
the assembly process of the tools is planned and simulated. The visual assembly process orders are used to guide the actual assembly process
and the information interaction and feedback are realized by establishing the association between digital space and physical space.
