作为阴极材料,设计了一种焊接用太空电子枪。利用Vaughan 综合迭代法得出了电子枪的初值,根据这些初值设计了电子枪的3 极结构,并对磁透镜进行了设计。通过仿真不断地对电子枪的3 个电极和透镜的参数进行适当地调整,以使仿真结果满足实际设计目标要求,同时在透镜的调试过程中进行了规律性分析。试验表明,该设计满足总发射束流60 mA 和交叉斑直径0.3 mm,以及在工作距离300 mm 处束斑0.4 mm 的目标参数,此设计方法和整套设计流程可以为电子枪的设计提供一定的参考。
Abstract
A space electron gun for welding was designed
in which LaB

is chosen as cathode material and the cathode is heated by indirect cathode. The initial values of the electron gun are obtained by using the comprehensive iterative method of Vaughan. According to these initial values
the three-pole structure of the electron gun is designed
and then the double magnetic lens is designed. The results show that the parameters of the three electrodes and the lens of the electron gun are adjusted to make the simulation results meet the requirements of the actual design. At the same time
the regularity of the lens debugging process is analyzed. The simulation results show that the design meets the target parameters of 60 mA total emission beam
0.3 mm cross spot diameter and 0.4 mm beam spot at 300 mm working distance. This design method and the
whole design process can provide some reference for the design of electron gun.
