为了完成航空发动机整体叶盘叶尖、叶身、边缘、叶根和流道面等全型面自动化加工生产,需对航发整体叶盘机器人砂带磨削系统进行集成。但机器人打磨机构、数控转台、蓝光检测仪、超级砂带磨头库等加工设备相互孤立而形成了自动化孤岛现象,从而导致各设备采集的数据无法及时有效地实现上传下行和无法实现管控一体化。因此,针对航发整体叶盘机器人磨削加工方法提出了系统集成方案。首先在分析现有工艺流程的基础上,提出了航发整体叶盘机器人磨削系统集成构建目标和总体框架;然后基于工业以太网及OPC技术实现了对整个系统信息的集成;最后针对航发叶盘进行了系统集成方案的试验验证。试验结果表明,机器人磨削后的叶盘具有高表面完整性。

and the integration of management and control cannot be realized. Therefore
this paper proposes a system integration scheme for the aero-engine blisk robot grinding method. Firstly
based on the analysis of the existing process
the integrated construction target and overall framework of the aeroplane blisk grinding system are proposed. Then
the integration of the whole system information is realized through the industrial Ethernet and OPC technology. Finally
the navigation is carried out. The leaf disc was experimentally verified by the system integration scheme. The experimental results show that the Blisk after the grinding by the robot has high surface integrity.
