摘要

实现了20mm厚AZ31B镁合金板材的搅拌摩擦焊接，焊缝良好成形、未观察到气孔、夹杂以及弱连接等缺陷，在焊后对焊接试样进行了不同温度下的热处理、力学性能测试、显微硬度测试和焊缝组织观察。研究表明，采用搅拌摩擦焊方法可以实现厚板镁合金焊接，且接头性能随退火温度的影响变化很小，焊缝截面上的硬度分布也比较均匀。
