摘要

为了缩短涡轮叶片精铸模具的设计周期，本文通过研究知识模板的组织结构和实现方法，提出了一种基于知识模板的产品快速设计方法。通过提取和总结涡轮精铸叶片模具设计过程中的相关知识和参数化设计规则，建立了模具外围机构的知识模板，并通过实例验证了基于知识模板的设计的有效性和实用性。

Abstract

For the purpose of shortening design time of the investment casting mould for turbine blade

the construction and design method of product knowledge template are studied

and a new rapid design method based on knowledge template is presented. Based upon mining and summarizing the design knowledge and parameter rules

the knowledge template of outside structure of turbine blade mould is constructed. The experiment shows that the design based on knowledge template is effective and practical.
