摘要

虚拟装配技术可以有效支持工艺方案的仿真验证和优化，是卫星研制的重要技术手段。利用虚拟装配仿真软件，对卫星的装配流程和关键技术进行研究，并结合某型号卫星，进行装配顺序规划、装配干涉检查、人机工程仿真，可以在早期设计阶段就对卫星装配方案进行性能测试和评估，迅速分析出方案的可行性，尽早发现设计缺陷，从而有效地指导工人的操作，保证装配的质量。

Abstract

Virtual assembly technology can effectively support the process simulation and optimization program. It is an important technique for satellite development. It can study the satellite assembly processes and key technology by using virtual assembly simulation software. It contains the assembly sequence planning

making it early for performance testing and evaluation program. It effectively guides the operation of the workers and ensures the quality.
