通过动态介电分析(Dynamic Dielectric Analysis,DEA)方法对典型树脂膜熔渗工艺成型的双马树脂 / 碳纤维复合材料的固化工艺进行了在线监测和优化,使原有工艺方案缩短固化时间 3.5h。通过对优化前后试样进行差示扫描量热(Differential Scanning Calorimetry,DSC)分析,并对试样的力学性能及玻璃化转变温度进行对比验证,证实了 DEA 应用于复合材料固化工艺优化过程的可行性。
Abstract
The online monitoring and optimization of the curing process of bismaleimide (BMI) /carbon fiber composites formed by typical resin membrane fusion and infiltration process were studied by dynamic dielectric analysis (DEA). The optimized process showed 3.5h shortage of curing time compared to the original procedure. And the feasibility of DEA method for composite solidification process optimization was verified by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) analysis
